Rohnert Park, Calif. — SRS Real Estate Partners has negotiated the $17.7 million sale of Mountain Shadows Plaza, a 77,651-square-foot retail center located in the Sonoma County community of Rohnert Park. Situated on roughly 7.5 acres, the five-building property was 97 percent occupied at the time of sale. Tenants include Walmart Neighborhood Market, Starbucks Coffee, Straw Hat Pizza, The UPS Store, Subway and Anytime Fitness. John Redfield and Joe Chichester of SRS represented the seller, a special purpose vehicle controlled by Oak Cap Ventures LLC (OCV).
