Orland Park, Ill. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $2.1 million sale of the Shops at Orland, a 15,886-square-foot retail strip center located at 11229 W. 143rd St. in the southern Chicago suburb of Orland Park. Built in 2003, the six-suite retail property is currently 48 percent vacant. RoccoVino’s Italian Restaurant anchors the property.
Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor group, and procured the buyer, a private, out-of-state 1031 buyer, in the transaction.
