North Attleboro, Easton and Foxboro, Mass. — Horvath & Tremblay has arranged the sale of three net lease properties in separate transactions for nearly $9 million in Massachusetts. Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Horvath & Tremblay, along with Matt Nadler and Jack Laurendeau of Horvath & Tremblay, represented the seller in all three transactions. The first property, which has been occupied by Applebee’s since 1998, sold for $1.9 million and is located at 900 S. Washington St. in North Attleboro. The second retail property, located at 600 Depot St. in North Easton, is occupied by CVS Pharmacy and sold for $4.7 million. Situated at 4 Cocasset St. in Foxboro, the final retail property is leased to Citizens Banks and sold for $2.4 million.
