Orange, Calif. — Faris Lee Investments has brokered the $10 million sale of The Village, a 47,804-square-foot value-add retail property located in Orange, about 30 miles southeast of downtown Los Angeles. The asset traded for $209 per square foot. Tenants at the center include The Vintage Rose, Legacy Church, Lil Steps Fun Zone and Synergy Salon. Nike Miller of Faris Lee Investments represented the seller and buyer in the transaction. The property was held by the same ownership family since 1964.
