Denver — Simon Property Group has signed leases with four new tenants at Cherry Creek Shopping Center, a 1.1 million-square-foot super-regional mall located in Denver. Japanese-inspired concept Milk Jelli is anticipated to open this July, while STUDS and Crate & Barrel are expected to open in the fourth quarter of this year. Rothy’s, a lifestyle and sustainable fashion brand, will launch in the second quarter of 2027.
Cherry Creek Shopping Center welcomed a mix of additional tenants earlier this year including Captain Crêpes, SKIMS, Gucci, Ash & Agave, BYLT Basics, Swarovski, H&M and lululemon.
Cherry Creek Shopping Center, which features more than 160 luxury and contemporary stores, is anchored by Nordstrom, Macy’s and Neiman Marcus and is home to roughly 40 luxury and specialty brands like Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., Burberry, Hermès and Apple.
