Chattanooga, Tenn. — Urban Story Ventures has announced a new $350 million retail and residential district that will be joining The Bend, a 120-acre mixed-use riverfront development along the Tennessee River in downtown Chattanooga. The project is being delivered in partnership with Hill Partners and Perkins&Will. Construction is expected to begin in 2027, with an anticipated completion timeline for the fall of 2028.
The new open-air district will feature a blend of restaurants, retail, office space and residential, as well as a $300 million amphitheater that is being developed by Venu Holding Corp. The amphitheater is projected to be completed in late 2028.
