Los Angeles — Shapell Properties has signed leases with five new tenants at Porter Ranch Town Center, a 560,000-square-foot open-air center located in the northwestern region of the San Fernando Valley within the city of Los Angeles. The property’s expanding wellness and beauty tenants will comprise Heights Wellness Retreat, The Hydration Room, Perspire Sauna Studio, KV Lagree Studio and Sephora, which will serve as a new anchor addition at the development.
Other tenants at the center include Walmart, Best Buy, Burlington, Ralphs, Petco, In-N-Out Burger, TGI Fridays and Chase Bank, among others.
Shapell Properties owns Porter Ranch Town Center, while JLL handles leasing and management at the property.
