Gahanna, Ohio — CBRE has brokered the $3.4 million sale of a newly constructed, freestanding convenience store located in Gahanna, a northwest suburb of Columbus. Sheetz occupies the building on a 15-year triple-net ground lease. Karly Iacono of CBRE represented the all-cash buyer in the transaction. Stephanie Beaumier of Casto represented the seller, an entity doing business as CP Crescent, LLC.
