Monroeville, Pa. — Frontier Realty Group, a newly launched joint venture between Wharton Realty Group and KSR Capital, has acquired Miracle Mile Shopping Center, a 302,000-square-foot retail property located in Monroeville, roughly 20 miles east of Pittsburgh. Spanning 27.5 acres, Miracle Mile was fully leased at the time of sale to a mix of tenants including Marshalls, Ulta Beauty, Old Navy, Chick-fil-A, Panera Bread and DSW.
Daniel Massry, Marc Sitt, Robbie Millman, Isaac Massry, Morris Sabbagh and Abraham Kassin of Frontier Realty Group internally represented themselves. Colin Behr, Christopher Munley, Ryan Sciullo, and Chris Sicher of CBRE represented the seller, M&J Wilkow and ALTO Real Estate Funds, in the transaction.
