Simpsonville, S.C. — The Boulder Group has arranged the $2.85 million sale of a single-tenant net-leased CVS/pharmacy located in Simpsonville.
Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller, an East Coast-based developer, in the transaction. A private individual in a 1031 Exchange acquired the property. There are approximately 17 years remaining on the CVS/pharmacy ground lease, which expires in January 2033.
