Grandville, Mich. — JLL has signed leases with 11 tenants at RiverTown Crossings, a 1.3 million-square-foot super-regional mall located in Grandville, roughly eight miles southwest of Grand Rapids. Totaling 33,208 square feet, the new businesses include Throw it Back Dirty Soda, Sweet Kisses Bakery, Addiour Perfume, Summit Comics and Games, Katie’s Heart & Home, Ventrora Perfume, Kako Claw, MooZoo Slime Shop, Cell Repair Xpert, JD Sports and Snack’d. The newest retailers are already open or will be opening this fall.
RiverTown Crossings features more than 100 retailers and restaurants such as American Eagle Outfitters, Barnes & Noble, BoxLunch, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Cindy’s Nails, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Eternal Boba Tea, Fry Nation, H&M, Hot Topic and Olive Garden, among others.
Poag Shopping Centers acquired RiverTown Crossings in August 2024. Since taking ownership, the company has launched several redevelopment initiatives such as modernizing the parking lot, renovating the Celebration! Cinema theater and securing new leases to fill vacant storefronts.
