Regency Sells 207,000 SF Retail Center in Evansville

Evansville, Ind. — Regency Properties has sold Village Commons, a 207,000-square-foot shopping center located in Evansville, to an undisclosed buyer.

The center, located off the Lloyd Expressway, is home to tenants including Gander Mountain, Hobby Lobby and Ross Dress for Less.
