Santa Clarita, Calif. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $22.5 million sale of Canyon Square Plaza, a 96,627-square-foot shopping center in Los Angeles County’s Santa Clarita.
The buyer was not disclosed. Dixie Walker and Charley Simpson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, an undisclosed real estate investment trust. A 40,751-square-foot Vallarta Supermarket anchors Canyon Square Plaza. At the time of sale, the center was 96 percent leased to 29 tenants.
