Baceline Investments Acquires Retail Center in Wisconsin for $3.3 Million

Madison, Wis. — Baceline Investments LLC has acquired Meadowood Retail Center, a 45,319-square-foot shopping center in Madison, for $3.3 million.

Baceline acquired the property from an affiliate of MLG Capital. At the time of sale, the property was 90 percent leased to tenants including Old National Bank, Madison Community Center and the Madison Library.
