San Diego — Five restaurants have secured space at The Headquarters, the $40 million adaptive re-use and renovation of the Old Police Headquarters building in the Seaport district of San Diego. The Headquarters includes four existing buildings, which are situated around an interior courtyard. Upon completion this fall, the project will offer 100,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment options.

The new restaurants that will open at the center are Pizzeria Mozza, The Cheesecake Factory, Puesto, Eddie V’s and Seasons 52. The Headquarters will be the only San Diego location for Pizzeria Mozza, which will operate a 4,350-square-foot restaurant. The Cheesecake Factory will open a 10,400-square-foot location at the property. Puesto, which offers Mexican street food, will open its second location and first full-service restaurant at The Headquarters in a 4,500-square-foot space. Eddie V’s menu includes aged steaks and fresh seafood. The two-level, 7,500-square-foot restaurant will be located in the former courthouse section of the Old Police Headquarters. Additionally, Seasons 52 has secured 9,900 square feet for its restaurant, which focuses on upscale healthy cuisine. Terramar Retail Centers owns the development and is working with each restaurant to incorporate its signature look, signage and storefront into the historic buildings at The Headquarters.
