Las Vegas — Construction is underway on the 55,000-square-foot Grand Bazaar Shops, an outdoor retail project that will transform a portion of the Las Vegas Strip. Scheduled to open in fall 2014 at the entrance to Bally’s Las Vegas, Grand Bazaar Shops is located on the Las Vegas Strip at Flamingo Road. The project, which will cost upwards of $50 million, will feature more than 150 shops on approximately two acres. Over 23,000 square feet of the development will be dedicated to restaurant and bar concepts. Tenants already signed on to the project include Swarovski, Swatch, Superdry, Havaianas and Campo Marzio.
Juno Property Group is developing Grand Bazaar Shops with several partners — affiliated funds of the Perella Weinberg Partners Asset Based Value Strategy, Glimcher Capital Group and Caesers Entertainment.
