AEI Purchases Advance Auto in Wyoming

Cheyenne, Wyo. — AEI has purchased an Advance Auto property for $1.53 million.

Cheyenne, Wyo. — St. Paul, Minn.-based AEI Capital Corp. has purchased a retail property tenanted by Advance Auto Parts in Cheyenne for $1.53 million. The 7,000-square-foot store is on a long-term lease to the auto parts retailer and was purchased in an all-cash transaction. Ian Harrison, vice president of acquisitions for AEI, provided in-house representation for the firm, while James Donnerstag of CBRE represented the seller.
