Allen BowmanLas Vegas – Allen Bowman has been named general manager of Grand Bazaar Shops, the outdoor shopping center on the Las Vegas Strip that will open December 27. Bowman’s career includes leadership positions overseeing operations, marketing security and business development with both public and privately held companies. He comes to Grand Bazaar Shops following two-and-a-half years as president of Phoenix-based MEB Commercial Management Group. He also spent close to six years as senior vice president, asset management for The Ellman Companies, overseeing Westgate City Center in Glendale, Arizona.
