Macon, Ga. — Atlantic Capital Partners has arranged the $10.6 million sale of Rivoli Crossing, a 95,977-square-foot shopping center located in Macon. Rivoli Crossing was 53 percent leased at the time of sale to 12 service-oriented tenants such as Orangetheory, Leslie’s Pool Supplies and Dollar Tree, and is anchored by The Fresh Market. The center also features a 35,716-square-foot big-box vacancy, in addition to 7,978 square feet of available inline shop space.
Fred Victor, Sam Koonce, Teddy Driscoll and Matt Austin of Atlantic Capital Partners represented the seller, Coro Realty, in the transaction. The buyer was 615 Ventures.
