Omaha, Neb. — Broad Reach Retail Partners has acquired Baker Square Shopping Center, a 158,380-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center in Omaha. The property was 73 percent leased at the time of the sale to tenants including Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, JoAnn Fabric and CHI Health. There is 43,394 square feet of available space. Baker Square is located one mile south of LinkedIn’s new 200,000-square-foot office campus, that when complete in 2021, could house as many as 1,000 employees.

Novi, Mich. — Gerdom Realty & Investment has negotiated two leases at Thomasville Centre in Novi. Alchile Mexican Grill & Bar and Pho Mai Vietnamese restaurant are the newest tenants to join the center, which is located on Grand River Avenue. Alchile opened this spring, leasing 5,130 square feet. At the time of sale, the property was 98 percent leased and anchored by Safeway, Ross Dress for Less, Bed Bath & Beyond and PetSmart. Normandy Shopping Center is located at 12620 Woodforest Blvd. At the time of the sale, the Kroger shadow-anchored property was 98 percent leased to tenants including Zachry Construction, Texas Children’s Urgent Care, GNC, Pink Nails, Wing Stop, Rodeo Dental, Dominos and Woodforest National Bank. Missouri City, Texas — Houston-based Williamsburg Enterprises has broken ground on the latest phase of Sienna Crossing, a project in the southwestern Houston suburb of Missouri City that will deliver 60,000 square feet of retail space. Williamsburg acquired the 35-acre tract in 2014, and the property now houses retailers such as Academy Sports + Outdoors, IHOP and Chick-fil-A.
