The 14,989-square-foot building is situated on a 2.4-acre parcel of land, a portion of which is subleased to Wendy’s. Ronnie Issenberg, Gabriel Briti, Ricardo Esteves and Kevin O’Hanlon of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a group of local Miami Investors, in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed.

Louisville, Ky. — Publix Super Markets Inc. has signed a 55,702-square-foot lease at the Terra Crossing development located at the northwest corner of Terra Crossing Boulevard and Old Henry Road in Louisville. Holmdel, N.J. — Somerset Development has signed a lease with Oink and Moo BBQ & Burgers at Bell Works in Holmdel, about 20 miles from New Brunswick. The Southern-inspired barbecue restaurant will open in October 2021. Oink and Moo will also offer a mobile app for delivery orders, which promises the food’s arrival within 20 minutes. The new Oink and location will also offer a selection of smoker grills, custom marinades, rubs and grill accessories.
Dallas — Weitzman will redevelop Meadow Central Market, a 108,778-square-foot shopping center located at the intersection of North Central Expressway and Meadow Road in Dallas.
