Fayetteville, Ga. — Ackerman & Co. has purchased Uptown Square, a 71,839-square-foot neighborhood retail center located roughly 22 miles south of downtown Atlanta in Fayetteville, for $8.4 million. Uptown Square was fully leased at the time of sale by tenants including Goodwill, Harbor Freight Tools, T-Mobile and The UPS Store. Ackerman & Co. was self-represented in the purchase.
