Oakville, Ontario and Miami – The combined company will have more than 18,000 restaurants in 100 countries, and approximately $23 billion in annual sales.
San Jose, Calif. – Westgate Center is owned by Federal Realty Investment Trust.
Bear, Del. – Giant Food Store and Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse anchor Eden Square Shopping Center.
Pensacola, Fla. – Park Place Promenade was constructed in 2003-2004 and is comprised of five in-line buildings.
Harrisburg, Pa. – These tenants will join existing retailers and restaurants such as Banana Republic, Chico’s, Starbucks, White House | Black Market and Williams-Sonoma at the 110,384-square-foot open-air center.
