Atlanta – Rebecca Waters joins as executive vice president of leasing, as well as Tara Borysiak and Bre Wagner-Clagett, who join as senior leasing representatives, to serve the southeastern market.
Irvine, Calif. – The Lakeside Terrace and Canyon Springs shopping centers sold for the lowest cap rates ever reported for stabilized retail centers over 25,000 square feet in the area.
Bethesda, Md. – The seven-property portfolio in four states totals more than 2.1 million square feet and is approximately 96 percent occupied.
Toledo, Ohio – The center is 100 percent occupied with all triple net leases in place.
Beachwood, Ohio – Pavilion Shopping Center is 97 percent occupied with the one remaining vacant space under negotiation.
Tysons Corner, Va. – HFF worked on behalf of Rappaport to secure the seven-year, fixed-rate loan.
Auburn Hills, Mich. – Great Lakes Crossing Outlets features 185 shops, restaurants and entertainment options, including a 1,000-seat food court and a 25-screen megaplex.
Boston – The properties in the portfolio are 97.7 percent leased to tenants that include Trader Joe’s, CVS Pharmacy, Rite Aid, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Bank of America and Dunkin’ Donuts.
Chicago – Patrick Lindemann and Kevin Cleary will assist with completing in-progress construction in New Jersey, as well as identify additional sites in New Jersey and Chicago.
