Carrollton, Ga. – In the sale of First Tuesday Mall, Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson represented the seller, Mimms Enterprises. The buyer, RCG Ventures, was represented in-house by Scott Tarbet.
Boston, New Jersey and Connecticut – The portfolio was 96 occupied at the time of sale and anchored by national and regional tenants, including Walmart, Kohl’s, Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Petco, Pier 1 Imports, Walgreens and CVS/pharmacy.
Ellsworth, Wis. – Shopko Hometown is the sole occupant of the building and has 10 years remaining on the lease, which features three five-year renewal option periods.
Columbus, Ohio – The property consists of two retail buildings totaling approximately 26,390 square feet.
Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. – The sellers had owned the property for 40 years.
Phoenix – Marchuk will be responsible for shopping center acquisitions in Arizona, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Texas.
Kansas City, Kan. – Legends Outlets is home to nearly 75 stores and has more than 10 million visitors annually.
Atlanta – PNC Bank provided the loan in partnership with SunTrust and JP Morgan.
Chicago – With the signing of this lease, the 344,000-square-foot Edens Plaza shopping center is 100 percent leased.
