Galleria, Liberty and Magnolia, Texas — Baker Katz has arranged three leases totaling 7,673 square feet in Texas on behalf of T-Mobile. The tenant will occupy 2,000 square feet and 3,339 square feet in Magnolia and Galleria, respectively, beginning in the first quarter of next year. Additionally, T-Mobile has opened a 2,334-square-foot store in Liberty. Jonathan Aron of Hunington Properties represented the landlord in the leasing negotiations in Liberty, and Court Richardson of Ironbridge represented the landlord in the Magnolia lease. Bunny McLeod of Wulfe represented the ownership of Golden Plaza, the location of the Galleria store.
