Waynesboro, Va. — Big V Acquisitions, a subsidiary of Big V Property Group, has purchased Willow Oak Plaza, a 163,000-square-foot shopping center in Waynesboro.
The name of the seller and sales price were not disclosed. The retail center was 86 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants such as Peebles, Roses, Ashley Furniture and Advance Auto.
