Monroe, N.C. — Big V Property Group has acquired Poplin Place, a 227,669-square-foot shopping center located in the southern Charlotte suburb of Monroe for $28.3 million.
The Target shadow-anchored center was 94 percent leased at the time of the sale to tenants including T.J. Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Big Lots and PetSmart. Charlotte-based Berkeley Capital Advisors represented the seller, InvenTrust Properties, in the transaction.
