Bon Aviv and Zamias Buy Five Shopping Centers for $68 Million

Englewood, N.J. — The investment firm and property management company say they plan to add more holdings to their portfolio in 2012.

Englewood, N.J.  — Bon Aviv Investments with Zamias Services has bought five shopping centers from Kimco Realty Corporation. The properties are The Center in Stockton, Stockton, Calif.; Park Place, Vallejo, Calif.; Hagerstown Shopping Center, Hagerstown, Md.; Rivergate Station, Nashville, Tenn.; and Riverwalk Plaza, Charlestown, W.V.

The portfolio of centers totals 837,183 square feet. The properties are 93 percent leased, and anchors include Kroger , Aldi, Costco, T.J. Maxx, Olive Garden, T.G.I. Friday’s and Logan’s Roadhouse.

Bon Aviv is an Englewood, N.J.-based joint venture between Aviv Arlon and Bon Investments. Zamias is a Johnstown, Penn.-based leasing and management company. Bon Aviv and Zamias will be adding “considerable holdings to their portfolios throughout the remainder of 2012,” according to a press release.
