Brookfield Properties Signs Leases with Three New Tenants at Ala Moana Center in Honolulu

Honolulu — Brookfield Properties has signed leases with five new tenants at Ala Moana Center, a 2.4 million-square-foot open-air center located in Honolulu. L&L Hawaiian Barbecue and Supreme Dumplings are scheduled to open in May, and Molly Tea will debut in July. Additional tenants that have recently opened at the center include Always A.Line, Columbia Sportswear, Eyeland Hawai’i, Space 62 and Tandoori Express.

Meanwhile, multiple retailers at Ala Moana Center have also relocated to larger spaces or renovated their stores, such as Aesop, Ben Bridge Jeweler, Evo Gadgets, Hollister, Laine Honolulu, L’Occitane, NOHO HOME and Windsor.

Originally opened in 1959, Ala Moana Center features more than 350 stores and restaurants and is anchored by Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Macy’s and Target.
