Los Angeles – The co-founder of Caffe Primo says the company is actively searching for as many as 20 additional locations within California.
Los Angeles – Kennedy Wilson has closed three lease transactions for new Caffe Primo locations in Los Angeles. With the addition of these new sites, the company expands to five locations, with two in West Hollywood, two in Santa Monica and one in downtown Los Angeles.
Lee Shapiro, executive vice president of Kennedy Wilson’s brokerage group, represented Caffe Primo. Ed Sachse, executive managing director, and Justin Weiss, senior associate, represented the landlord on the 6,530-square-foot space located directly across from the Los Angeles Convention Center at 1340 S. Figueroa St., while Christine Deschaine, senior vice president, represented the landlord for the Santa Monica location at 702 Arizona St.
Charlton Lui, president and CEO of Primo Hospitality Group Inc. and co-founder of Caffe Primo, says the company is actively searching for as many as 20 additional locations within California. Construction is underway on the 4,970-square-foot West Hollywood location at 7111 Santa Monica Blvd., which will open in December of this year. Construction on the two additional locations will begin later this year.
