Cassidy Turley Arranges Sale of National Retail Portfolio for $53 Million

Washington — Nearly 20 percent of the portfolio is occupied by grocery stores.

Cassidy Turley has represented PDSI in the $53 million sale of a national retail portfolio to TriGate Capital. The seven-property, 619,000-square-foot portfolio is 85 percent leased to 76 tenants. The portfolio includes Harbison Center, a 188,000-square-foot development in Columbia, South Carolina; Gateway Village, a 126,300-square-foot shopping center in Glendale, Arizona; and Lower Makefield, a 75,000-square-foot shopping center in Yardley, Pennsylvania, among others. Nearly 20 percent of the portfolio is occupied by grocery stores, and other tenants include Rite Aid, Tractor Supply and Stein Mart.
