Westminster, Colo. – InvenTrust Properties Corp. has acquired The Shops at Walnut Creek, a 216,325-square-foot, 93 percent-leased shopping center located in Westminster, for $57.1 million.
Denver — Quebec Square and Quebec 36 are home to PetSmart, Ross, Big Five Sports, Party City, Office Depot, Smashburger and more.
Aurora, Colo. — The retail center is 98.4 percent occupied.
Maplewood, Minn. – The center is anchored by Marshalls, Jo-Ann Stores, Burlington Coat Factory, Herberger’s and Dollar Tree.
Westminster, Colo. – Repositioning several anchor spaces allowed Westminster City Center to add five national new retailers.
Cortez, Colo. – The buyer was represented by Matt Ritter, Cody Stambaugh and Peter Sengelmann of the Johnson Ritter Team at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors.
Westminster, Colo. – The plan calls for a high-density, urban development with residential, commercial, retail and other uses.
Evans, Colo. and Snellville, Ga. – Both centers were purchased in 2011 as non-performing loans.
Littleton, Colo. – Improvements include renovating the center court with multiple open-air cafes, new seating areas and free Wi-Fi access, as well as new directional signage crafted from natural materials, accented by colorful, regional landscape elements; indoor fireplaces; skylights; and light coves.
