Lee & Associates Arranges $52.3 Million Sale of Denver Shopping Centers

Denver — Quebec Square and Quebec 36 are home to PetSmart, Ross, Big Five Sports, Party City, Office Depot, Smashburger and more.

Lee & Associates has arranged the sale of Quebec Square and Quebec 36 for $52.3 million. The 207,561-square-foot community retail shopping centers are located in Denver. Jan Fincham and Patrick Dempsey, principals of the Phoenix Lee & Associates office, facilitated the transaction along with Daniel Miller, senior vice president of SullivanHayes Brokerage in Denver. The buyer is an affiliate of Inland American RE Trust of Chicago. The seller was a private equity trust. Quebec Square and Quebec 36 are home to PetSmart, Ross, Big Five Sports, Party City, Office Depot, Smashburger and other national and regional tenants. They are also shadow-anchored by Home Depot, Walmart and Sam’s Club.
