Cranberry Township, Pa. — Supermarket chain Wegmans Food Markets Inc. has announced plans to open a new store in Cranberry Township, roughly 21 miles outside Pittsburgh. This marks the chain’s first location in metro Pittsburg. Designed and constructed by Sippel Development Co., the115,000-square-foot store will feature a bakery, seafood department, meat, produce, deli and cheese options and a selection of wine and beer. Situated on 13 acres, the new store will be a part of the larger Cranberry Springs mixed-use development. Wegmans currently operates 111 stores along the East Coast.

Dallas — Food-and-beverage concept CRAFT Restaurant & Beer Market has announced plans to open its first U.S. location in the Preston Center commercial district of Dallas. Occupying a 10,500-square-foot space, the venue will feature a 360-degree bar with more than 100 beers on tap, cocktails, wine and a food menu. The restaurant, which is scheduled to open in early 2026, will also include a 5,250-square-foot rooftop patio with a full bar, booth seating, greenery and a games area. CRAFT currently operates nine restaurants throughout Canada.
Johns Creek, Ga. — Toro Development Company (TDC) has broken ground on Medley, a $560 million mixed-use project in Johns Creek, approximately 27 miles north of Atlanta. Upon completion, the 43-acre development will feature 180,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, 900 residences — with a mix of townhomes and multifamily units — and 110,000 square feet of office space. Yorba Linda, Calif — Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, has arranged the $34.6 million sale of Home Ranch Commons, a 60,737-square-foot mixed-use medical and retail center located in Yorba Linda. UCI Health and Kiddie Academy anchor the property, which was built in 1984 and renovated in 2018. Other tenants at the center include Blue Agave, YL Family Chiropractic, Bodhi Leaf Trading Co., The Coder School and Torkian Aesthetic Center. Sears formerly occupied the 85,000-square-foot property. The project will include a complete interior renovation, as well as the addition of two pad sites totaling 6,164 square feet. Braintree and Peabody, Mass. — Simon has signed new leases with Dick’s Sporting Goods at two of its properties in metro Boston. DICK’S House of Sport will be located within Northshore Mall in Peabody, roughly 20 miles outside Boston, and a Dick’s Sporting Goods store will open at South Shore Plaza in Braintree, approximately 15 miles outside Boston. Midlothian, Va. — S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. (SLN) has brokered the $16 million sale of a 13-acre development parcel located in Midlothian, roughly 14 miles outside Richmond. Larry Agnew and Andrew Thacker of SLN represented the buyer, SJC Ventures, in the transaction. SJC Ventures plans to develop Midlothian Depot, a mixed-use project, at the site. Miami — Development firm Terra has received a total of $291 million in permanent financing for the recently completed first phase of Centro City, a 38-acre mixed-use development located just west of Miami’s Little Havana neighborhood. Phase I comprises 350,000 square feet of retail space, as well as three eight-story multifamily buildings that house 470 market-rate apartment units.
