GLENDALE, COLO. — The city of Glendale has unveiled plans for a $175 million, 42-acre mixed-use development five miles southeast of downtown Denver to be named Glendale 180.
DALLAS — Dallas-based Legendary Restaurant Brands, the parent company of several restaurant chains including Bennigan’s, has signed a master development agreement to bring up to 100 new restaurants to California.
Sevierville, Tenn. — Casual dining franchise Quaker Steak & Lube has signed a franchise development agreement with Tri C Inc. to bring the brand to Tennessee by developing a new restaurant in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area.
San Juan, Puerto Rico — Puerto Rico’s first upscale shopping center, developed through a partnership with Taubman and New Century Development Inc., opened last week with more than 60 percent of tenants being first-to-market.
Staten Island, N.Y. — Staten Island Mall will undergo a multi-million dollar redevelopment that will add interior and exterior upgrades, new fashion retailers, restaurants, a Fairway Market and public piazza for guests to enjoy events year-round.
Glendale, Calif. — In celebration of its 40th anniversary, Massis Kabob has expanded and rebuilt a bigger flagship restaurant that occupies 1,500 square feet in the Glendale Galleria food court.
