Rancho Mission Viejo, Calif. — Westar Associates has begun development and leasing of Sendero Marketplace, a new 11.5-acre neighborhood retail center in Rancho Mission Viejo, a planned community in California.
Dublin, Calif. — Ross Dress for Less opened more than 20 new stores nationwide on March 7.
Miami Gardens, Fla. — Palmetto Park has broken ground on the inline space at Palmetto Gardens Plaza, a 63,000 square-foot shopping center located in Miami Gardens.
Dallas — Victory Park includes 621,000 square feet of Class A office space, the 252-room W Dallas – Victory Hotel and more than 1,700 residential units.
Highland Village, Texas — Upgrades includes enhanced common area improvements, upgraded landscaping, new amenities for adults and children, and more.
Houston — Simon will also build a 14,000-square-foot, freestanding retail building along Westheimer Road.
West Des Moines, Iowa — Baceline purchased the 142,600-square-foot neighborhood shopping center in 2013.
Atlanta — All three retailers are expected to open this fall.
Port Arthur, Texas — Port Arthur Center is fully leased to tenants including Hobby Lobby, Party City, PetSmart, Firehouse Subs, Cash Store, Gulfside Dental and Chipotle Mexican Grill.
Joliet, Ill. — With the addition of a new building, the total gross leasable area of Joliet Commons will increase to 229,000 square feet.
