River Street Marketplace

San Juan Capistrano, Calif. — Ten new tenants have signed leases at River Street Marketplace, a 60,000-square-foot retail center currently underway in San Juan Capistrano. Rowan, Tecovas, Hobie, May Martin, Studio Pilates, Parana Empanadas, Pastalia, The Sushi Stand, Kebab Craft and Capas have joined the lineup, bringing the total number of tenants to 30. ALMQUIST is the developer and landlord of the property, which is scheduled to open in September.

The initiative is known as The 1901 Project, and development costs are estimated at $7 billion. Atlanta — Immersive technology, media and entertainment company Cosm has announced plans to open an entertainment venue at Centennial Yards, a $5 billion mixed-use development currently underway in downtown Atlanta.  Situated within the project’s Sports and Entertainment District, the venue will comprise 70,000 square feet across three levels.
