Panera Bread occupies the property, which was constructed earlier this year as an outparcel to Oakleaf Town Center. The 15-year, triple-net lease features scheduled rental increases every five years. Orlando, Fla. and Mount Pleasant, S.C. — Crush Yard will open two new pickleball clubs in Florida and South Carolina. Opening later this month, the first venue will total 40,000 square feet in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. In November, a 50,000-square-foot facility will open in Orlando, occupying a former Bed Bath and Beyond building. The clubs will feature pickleball courts, as well as access to coaches. The South Carolina Crush Yard will also feature coffee from One Nation Coffee and beer from Holy City Brewing.
