(CRC) has acquired The Shoppes at Sherbrooke, a 57,901-square-foot, LA Fitness-anchored shopping center located 15 miles from downtown West Palm Beach in Lake Worth. Kirk Olson and Drew Kristol of Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office represented the undisclosed seller in the $11.3 million deal. Pinecrest, Fla. — A joint venture between Limestone Asset Management and Orion Real Estate Group has acquired Pinecrest Town Center, a mixed-use retail and office property located 11 miles outside Miami in Pinecrest, for $32 million. Limestone Asset Management will assume an existing mortgage on the property. Pinecrest Town Center features 60,484 square feet of retail space and 33,691 square feet of office space. Plantation, Fla. — RK Centers has purchased Veranda Shoppes, a 45,000-square-foot shopping center in Plantation. The property is situated on 4.2 acres at 550 N. Pine Island Road. Adam Feinstein of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Jacksonville-based Regency Centers, in the $17 million transaction. The Publix-anchored center is leased to tenants such as Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Pei Wei Asian Diner, Dunkin’, Venetian Nails Spa and the Banfield Pet Hospital.

Brad Peterson, Whitaker Leonhardt and Tommy Isola of JLL represented the seller, Phillips Edison & Company Inc. Slate Grocery REIT acquired the center for an undisclosed price.
