Jim Hamilton, Brad Buchanan and Andrew Michols of JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller, The Mimms Family. Brixmor Property Group purchased the center. Anchored by Publix, King’s Market was 75 percent occupied at the time of sale by tenants including Frontgate Furniture Outlet, Sky Zone and TK Volleyball.

Savannah, Ga. — Newmark has arranged the $22.5 million sale of Victory Crossings, a fully-leased, multi-tenant shopping center in Savannah. Mark Joines, Henry Kushner and Drew Fleming of Newmark represented the seller, Morley Investment Group LLC. Situated on approximately 6.9 acres at 1800 E. Victory Drive, Victory Crossings is anchored by Floor & Decor. The center also includes two single tenant outparcel buildings leased to IHOP and Verizon Wireless. Additional major tenants include Orange Theory, Comcast, Hertz, Baldino’s and Benchmark Physical Therapy.

Atlanta — Fin & Feathers, an American soul food restaurant owned by Damon Johnson, will open a new 5,400-square-foot location at 1136 Crescent Ave. in Midtown Atlanta. Bryan Davis of Ackerman & Co. represented Fin & Feathers in the transaction. The space was formerly occupied by Tin Lizzy’s Cantina. The restaurant is slated to open in February.

Jim Hamilton, Brad Buchanan and Andrew Michols of JLL represented the seller in the disposition of the property to Collett Capital. Constructed in 2006 and anchored by Best Buy, the center was fully leased at the time of sale to tenants including Burn Boot Camp, Mattress Firm, WNB Factory, Pazzi’s Pizza, Paris Nails and Pet Pleasers Bakery.

Atlanta — Four restaurants are set to open at mixed-use project Westside Paper during the second quarter of 2022 in Atlanta’s West Midtown. The four restaurant tenants include Pancake Social, Glide Pizza, Girl Diver and Boxcar Betty’s. A joint venture between Third & Urban and FCP is developing the project, which is a 245,000-square-foot adaptive reuse of a former 1950s-era warehouse facility. Bridger Properties is managing leasing on behalf of the development team.
