Thomasville, Ga. — Stan Johnson Co. has brokered the $4 million sale of Thomasville Center, a 23,000-square-foot retail center located at 14669 U.S. 19 in Thomasville. The property was fully leased to Planet Fitness and DaVita at the time of sale. Brett Puckett and Ryan Roedersheimer of Stan Johnson Co., with support from Analyst Caleb Edwards, represented the seller, Vantage Thomasville Center LLC. Hawk’s Landing LLC purchased the property.

Stonecrest, Ga. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $2.4 million sale of Evanswood Shopping Center, 58,000-square-foot retail property located in the Atlanta suburb of Stonecrest. Tim Giambrone of Marcus & Millichap led his team in advising both the buyer, Vishal Evanswood LLC, and the seller, a local investor based in Roswell, in the transaction. Evanswood Shopping Center anchored by Dollar General and the YMCA. The property is located at 2906-2926 Evans Mill Road, just west of the 1.3 million-square-foot Mall at Stonecrest, which is anchored by Dillard’s and Macy’s.
Marietta, Ga. — SRS Real Estate Partners has brokered the $11 million sale of Market Square, a 137,889-square-foot shopping center located at 2932 Canton Road in Marietta. The center sits on 13.4 acres and houses tenants such as Big Lots, Ace Hardware and Planet Fitness. A privately held entity doing business as MSQ Realty LLC purchased the asset from an entity doing business as Wood Marietta Center LLC. Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson of SRS represented the seller in the transaction, and the buyer was self-represented.

Chris Maling and David Maling of Avison Young represented the buyer, Laguna Monarch Group Inc., in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, an undisclosed private equity group.
