Elkhart, Ind. — Marcus & Millichap has negotiated the sale of Goshen Village Shoppes in Elkhart for $5 million. The 37,135-square-foot retail property is located at 4542 Elkhart Road. Built between 2004 and 2006, the property is 75.2 percent occupied by Little Caesars Pizza, AT&T, Panera Bread, Mattress Warehouse, Great Clips and Starbucks. Jordan Goodman, Jeff Rowlett and Matt Fitzgerald of Marcus & Millichap brokered the transaction. Buyer and seller information was not disclosed.
Terre Haute, Ind. — Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) has brokered the sale of Honey Creek Mall in Terre Haute for an undisclosed price. JC Penney and Vendor’s Village anchor the 676,322-square-foot regional mall. Additional retailers include American Eagle, Bath & Body Works, Hollister, Shoe Dept. Encore and Ulta Beauty. Located near Interstate 70, the property is the only enclosed regional mall within a 50-mile radius. Thomas Dobrowski of NKF represented the seller, CBL Properties. The property sold for $14.6 million to Out of the Box Ventures, according to the Tribune-Star newspaper.
Indianapolis — FM Capital has provided a $6 million bridge loan for the acquisition of Felbram Plaza North, a retail center in Indianapolis. The 182,056-square-foot property is comprised of two buildings and an outparcel. The asset is approximately 89 percent occupied. Tenants include Shoppers World, Dollar Tree and Dollar General. The borrower was not disclosed.

Evansville, Ind. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $12 million sale of Plaza East in Evansville in southwestern Indiana.
Michigan and Indiana — NAI Wisinski has arranged the sale of four shopping centers anchored by Kroger in Michigan and Indiana for $28.5 million.
HFF Arranges $104 Million Loan for Whole Foods-Anchored Retail, Multifamily Property in Indianapolis
Indianapolis — HFF has arranged a $104 million loan for the refinancing of 360 Market Square, a 27-story retail and residential property located at the former Market Square Arena site in Indianapolis.
Evansville, Ind. — Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has arranged the $23 million sale of East Lloyd Commons in Evansville.
Noblesville, Ind. — Rainier Realty Investments LP, in a joint venture with institutional investor CIL2 REIT LLC, has acquired Stony Creek Marketplace, a 204,800-square-foot shopping center in Noblesville.
Bloomington, Ind. — Terry Tallen, chairman and CEO of Tallen Capital Partners LLC, has donated $2 million to the Indiana University Bicentennial Campaign for Athletics.
