New City, N.Y. — The KABR Group, in partnership with BTF, has purchased New City Shopping Center, a 125,110-square-foot property located in New City, roughly 40 miles north of New York City. The grocery-anchored retail center was 96 percent leased at the time of the $30 million sale. Jose Cruz, J.B. Bruno, Kevin O’Hearn, Michael Oliver, Steve Simonelli, Andrew Scandalios and Austin Pierce of JLL Capital Markets represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.

San Jacinto, Calif. — Faris Lee Investments has arranged the sale two outparcel retail buildings located in San Jacinto. A northern California-based buyer in a 1031 exchange acquired the properties from an undisclosed seller for $10.5 million. Jeff Conover and Scott DeYoung of Faris Lee Investments represented the seller, while Keegan & Coppin represented the buyer in the deal. The 14,883-square-foot property is home to tenants including GameStop, Great Clips, Wing Stop and T-Mobile.

Baraboo, Reedsburg and Wyocena, Wis. — Greywolf Brokerage, a division of Greywolf Partners Inc., has negotiated the sale of a three-property portfolio of gas stations and convenience stores in Wisconsin for $1 million. The properties are located at 516 Ash St. in Baraboo, 306 E. Main St. in Reedsburg and 123 S. Washington St. in Wyocena. Together, the properties total 6,144 square feet. Steve Turner of Greywolf Brokerage represented the undisclosed seller.

V3 Capital Group purchased the property for $23.5 million. Brad Peterson, Whitaker Leonhardt and Tommy Isola of JLL represented Coro Realty in the transaction. Ruben Gonzalez and John Obando, private investors, acquired the property for $9.4 million. Jonathan De La Rosa of Marcus & Millichap marketed the center on behalf of the seller, Keystone Holdings. Chipotle Mexican Grill anchors the center.

The property is located at the corner of Highway 20 and Pearl Street. Rick Scardino of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Southtowne Ventures LLC, in the transaction. Barry Landau of Dominion Real Estate Advisors LLC represented the seller, DJG Properties LLC. Jordan Jabbori of CMP Real Estate Group represented Clean Hub Car Wash, which currently operates out of Sterling Heights and has three new locations scheduled to open in the near future.
