Columbus, Ohio — Easton Town Center, a 1.7 million-square-foot shopping center located in Columbus, has signed lease agreements with 13 new tenants that will be included in the shopping center’s new 500,000-square-foot north district, Easton Gateway.
New York — Bonobos, the Internet-launched e-commerce men’s clothing brand, will upon its Guideshop retail concept with the June 2015 launch of its first flagship location in the Flatiron District in New York.
Dallas — Victory Park includes 621,000 square feet of Class A office space, the 252-room W Dallas – Victory Hotel and more than 1,700 residential units.
Columbia, S.C. — Based in Jackson, Mississippi, Newk’s currently has 77 units in 13 states, predominantly in the Southeast.
Virginia Beach, Va. — The location is adjacent to Virginia Beach Town Center.
Melville, N.Y. — A&G Realty is currently accepting bids on the leases, which range from 1,200 to 5,300 square feet.

Millbury, Mass. — The center’s anchors and retailers include Nordstrom Rack, Target, Kohl’s, Barnes & Noble, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Gap, Jos A. Bank and LOFT.
Tulsa, Okla. — The Owasso location will be the eighth Academy Sports store developed by GBT since 2011.
The Woodlands, Texas — Truluck’s will be located in Hughes Landing in Restaurant Row, while Starbucks will be located on the retail level of One Lakes Edge, the 390-unit luxury development in Hughes Landing.
