Cherry Hill, N.J. — PREIT has opened a 26,000-square-foot location for Zara at Cherry Hill Mall in Cherry Hill, located nine miles east of Philadelphia.
Charleston, S.C. — Stiles has signed Publix to anchor Point Hope Commons, a 90,000-square-foot shopping center located within Cainhoy Plantation, a mixed-use community under development in Charleston.
Huntsville, Ala. — Watkins Real Estate Group has signed a 45,600-square-foot lease with Publix Super Markets Inc. to anchor The Pinnacle at Providence, a 59,600-square-foot retail center under development in Huntsville’s Providence neighborhood.
Shenandoah, Texas — Baker Katz has negotiated a 41,500-square-foot lease for AMC Theatres in Shenandoah, about 30 miles north of Houston.
Denison, Texas — Oklahoma-based HeyDay Entertainment will open a 50,000-square-foot location within the 200,000-square-foot Shops at Gateway Village in Denison, Texas.
Scranton, Pa. — PREIT has announced the opening of HomeGoods, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Field & Stream in a space formerly occupied by Sears at Viewmont Mall in Scranton.
San Jacinto and Corona, Calif. — Progressive Real Estate Partners has arranged the $4.9 million sale of Dollar General Town Center, a 27,112-square-foot retail center located in the Inland Empire community of San Jacinto.
Cincinnati — OnSite Retail Group will oversee leasing of the retail portion of The District at Deerfield, a $140 million mixed-use development in Cincinnati.
San Diego — CBRE has announced that Young Hickory — a café offering local coffee, craft beer, breakfast and lunch — will open a 1,577-square-foot location at IDEA1, a mixed-use development by Lowe Enterprises, LaSalle Investment Management and I.D.E.A. Partners in San Diego’s East Village neighborhood.
