New York — Rouse Properties Inc. has executed lease agreements with Grimaldi’s Pizzeria to open at three of its malls in late 2015: Southland Center in Taylor, Michigan; Chesterfield Towne Center in Richmond, Virginia; and Bel Air in Mobile, Alabama.
Trinity, Fla. — According to developer The Sembler Co., Publix will anchor the Shoppes at Trinity Lakes, a 76,000-square-foot center located in Trinity, Florida.
