Ulta, At Home Sign Leases Totaling 95,000 Square Feet at Everett Mall Redevelopment in Metro Seattle

Everett, Wash. — Ulta Beauty and At Home Stores have signed leases totaling 95,000 square feet at Everett Mall, a property currently undergoing redevelopment in Everett, roughly 30 miles north of Seattle. Both retailers will open spaces within a building that formerly housed Sears. Existing tenant Ulta will occupy 10,000 square feet, with At Home leasing 85,000 square feet. Owner Brixton Capital purchased Everett Mall in 2017 and broke ground on the project earlier this year, which will comprise three phases of redevelopment. MRP to Open Food Hall with Six Tenants in Washington, D.C.

Washington, D.C. — MRP Realty will open Bryant Street Market Food Hall in Washington D.C.’s Edgewood neighborhood. The current tenant lineup includes Alegria Bar, Blowfish Poke, Grassfed Griddle, Taqueria Habanero, Tiger Sugar and Bold Dumpling. Beginning Mar. 17, the market — which is located in residential building The Chase — will be open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., remaining open until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Bryant Street Market will also host various pop-ups, and MRP plans to add a 2,400-square-foot event space.

 Paramus, N.J. — Kingsmen Xperience, a subsidiary of Kingsmen Creatives Ltd., and Good Vibrations will open two branded location-based entertainment (LBE) attractions totaling 56,000 square feet at Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus, roughly 25 miles northwest of New York City. Both attractions, Nerf Action Xperience and Planet Playskool, will open later this year and feature immersive activities, retail stores and food and beverage areas. New York City — A&G Real Estate Partners will auction over 250 Tuesday Morning Corp. leases as part of the first round of store closures in the retailer’s Chapter 11 reorganization. Magnolia, Texas — SVN | J. Beard Real Estate has begun leasing Country Forest Plaza, a 9,615-square-foot retail project located in Magnolia, about 45 miles northwest of Houston. Tenant spaces will range in size from 1,300 to 5,715 square feet. East Rutherford, N.J. — Asian-American grocer H Mart has opened a 38,000-square-foot store within American Dream, a 3 million-square-foot retail and entertainment destination located in East Rutherford. Chuck Lanyard of The Goldstein Group and Jeff Chaus of Chaus Realty represented H Mart, which now operates more than 100 stores worldwide, in the lease negotiations. Canadian conglomerate Triple Five Group owns American Dream.
