Everett, Wash. — Ulta Beauty and At Home Stores have signed leases totaling 95,000 square feet at Everett Mall, a property currently undergoing redevelopment in Everett, roughly 30 miles north of Seattle. Both retailers will open spaces within a building that formerly housed Sears. Existing tenant Ulta will occupy 10,000 square feet, with At Home leasing 85,000 square feet. Beginning Mar. 17, the market — which is located in residential building The Chase — will be open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., remaining open until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Hackensack Meridian Health will occupy 6,076 square feet at the development, and Starbucks Coffee and Blue Foundry Bank will lease 3,000 and 2,151 square feet, respectively. Tenant spaces will range in size from 1,300 to 5,715 square feet. Kane Dunbar is serving as general contractor for the project, construction of which began in January and is expected to be completed during the summer.
Pompano Beach, Fla. — Construction is underway on a three-level Topgolf location in Pompano Beach, roughly 35 miles north of Miami. Scheduled to open later this year, the new venue will anchor a 223-acre, mixed-use project currently being developed by The Cordish Cos. and Caesars Entertainment. Coppell, Forney and Fort Worth, Texas — Firehouse Subs has signed three leases totaling 4,149 square feet in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro. Firehouse will occupy 1,649 square feet at Heritage Trace in Fort Worth, 1,300 square feet at Victory at Forney in Forney and 1,200 square feet at Braewood Shopping Center in Coppell. East Rutherford, N.J. — Asian-American grocer H Mart has opened a 38,000-square-foot store within American Dream, a 3 million-square-foot retail and entertainment destination located in East Rutherford. Chuck Lanyard of The Goldstein Group and Jeff Chaus of Chaus Realty represented H Mart, which now operates more than 100 stores worldwide, in the lease negotiations.
