Glen Mills, Pa. — Aesthetics and wellness concept VIO Med Spa has signed a lease at Glen Eagle Square, a shopping center located in Glen Mills. Scheduled to open at the property in the fourth quarter of this year, the tenant will occupy 1,995 square feet adjacent to Currie Hair and Skin and Nails. Whole Foods Market anchors Glen Eagle Square, which totals 152,000 square feet.

Millville, N.J. — Irgang Group has signed leases with three new tenants at Union Lake Crossing, its 393,000-square-foot retail center in Millville. Bath & Body Works, AAA South Jersey and Jersey Mike’s will occupy 4,400; 1,945; and 1,500 square feet at the property, respectively. Mario Brunelli and Chelsea Reizner of R.J. Brunelli & Co. represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Reizner and Brunelli also represented AAA South Jersey in negotiations. Lenexa, Kan. —  Block & Co. Inc. Realtors has completed the lease-up of a former Stein Mart anchor space at Orchard Corners, a shopping center located in Lenexa near Kansas City. Petco will occupy the remaining 18,500-square-foot endcap space, joining Sierra in backfilling the 37,000-square-foot space formerly occupied by Stein Mart. David Block of Block & Co. represented ownership in the lease negotiations. Anchor tenants at Orchard Corners include Nordstrom Rack, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods and Michaels.

Knuckies Hoagies Walmart

Milton, Ga. — Knuckies Hoagies, a sandwich concept founded in Milton in 2019, has announced a new partnership with Walmart. The brand has executed leases to open restaurants within 14 Walmart stores across six states, including Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Oklahoma and Texas. According to a press release issued by the Knuckies Franchise Co., the partnership offers “a built-in customer base and prime locations.”

Marietta, Ga. — Five new tenants have signed leases at The Avenue West Cobb, a shopping center located in Marietta, roughly 20 miles northwest of downtown Atlanta. The Peach Cobbler Factory has opened a 1,400-square-foot restaurant at the property, with restaurant Le’ Zia scheduled to open later this month in a 9,580-square-foot space. Additionally, lifestyle brand J.Jill has signed a 3,840-square-foot lease and is scheduled to open this fall, along with Spirit Halloween, which will occupy 9,980 square feet at the center on a temporary basis. The tenants, Dollar Tree and Big Blue Swim School, will occupy a former Big Lots property at the center, which is anchored by The Home Depot. Houston — Great Big Game Show, a new interactive entertainment concept, will open within a 1,008-square-foot space at CITYCENTRE, a 47-acre mixed-use development in Houston. Developed by the creators of The Escape Game, the venue will offer visitors the opportunity to be contestants in a game show featuring challenges, questions and games. Scheduled to open this fall, the destination will be situated adjacent to an Escape Game facility. TriGate Capital is the landlord.

San Juan Capistrano, Calif. — Ten new tenants have signed leases at River Street Marketplace, a 60,000-square-foot retail center currently underway in San Juan Capistrano. Rowan, Tecovas, Hobie, May Martin, Studio Pilates, Parana Empanadas, Pastalia, The Sushi Stand, Kebab Craft and Capas have joined the lineup, bringing the total number of tenants to 30. ALMQUIST is the developer and landlord of the property, which is scheduled to open in September.

Daiso

Tampa, Fla. — Japanese variety retailer Daiso has announced plans to open its first Florida Store in Tampa. Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2025, the store will be situated within Northdale Promenade.  David Eggnatz of Katz & Associates represented Daiso, in the leasing negotiations. Brian Hector represented the landlord, Kite Realty, on an internal basis. Daiso is currently seeking additional sites throughout Florida ranging in size from 7,000 to 12,000 square feet.

Orlando, Fla. —Primark has signed a lease at The Florida Mall in Orlando with plans to open a 36,000-square-foot store at the property. Spanning two stories, the store will feature an entire floor dedicated to Disney merchandise. Scheduled for the end of August, the opening will bring the retailer’s U.S. portfolio to 26 locations.
