Miami and Tampa, Fla. — Organic food restaurant Naked Farmer is set to open two new locations in Southern Florida. The restaurant signed a 1,900-square-foot lease at 137 Giralda Ave. in downtown Coral Gables; and a second 1,900-square-foot lease at Water Street in downtown Tampa. The farm-to-table concept opened its flagship location in Florida last June and plans to expand to an additional 15 to 20 locations throughout the state over the next three to four years. Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Fla. — Colliers has arranged two leases for restaurant Coyo Taco in downtown Fort Lauderdale and South Miami. Jenny Gefen of Colliers represented Coyo Taco in both transactions. In South Miami, the restaurant will be opening in a 3,819-square-foot freestanding building formerly occupied by Spring Chicken at 1514 S. Dixie Highway. Cambridge Crossing

Cambridge, Mass. — Outdoor apparel and equipment retailer REI will open an 8,000-square-foot store at Cambridge Crossing, a 43-acre mixed-use development located at the junction of Boston, Cambridge and Somerville. The opening of the store, which is scheduled for this fall, represents the launch of REI’s new small-format prototype. The store will be located in a newly constructed office and retail building. San Francisco-based DivcoWest is the master developer of Cambridge Crossing.

Rosenberg, Texas — SuperNova Furniture will open a 40,000-square-foot store at Brazos Town Center, a 550-acre mixed-use development by local developer NewQuest Properties in Rosenberg, a southwestern suburb of Houston. The lease term is 10 years, and the store, which is located in a space formerly occupied by department store Gordman’s, is set to open this fall. The lease pushes the property’s retail occupancy rate to 98 percent. Joe Silver and Chris Pitts of Streetwise Retail Advisors represented the retailer in the lease negotiations.

Irvine, Calif. — TRADE Marketplace in Irvine has added three restaurants to its tenant mix including Champion’s Curry, SmörBurgers and Yomie Yogurt. Champion’s Curry opened earlier this year. The restaurant serves Chef Yoshikazu Tanaka’s spin on traditional curry recipes and related dishes. SmörBurgers — a restaurant concept by Chef Joe Youkhan serving hamburgers and fries inspired by international dishes — is set to open in June. Yomie Yogurt, which sells healthy yogurt, is also set to open this summer.

Los Angeles — Soccer team Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has opened a permanent retail store within Westfield Century City Mall in Los Angeles in partnership with apparel retailer Fanatics. The sports club is expanding its global retail presence with plans to open several new stores in key international markets, beginning with the Los Angeles location. Shepherdsville, Ky. — Bay Country Estates has purchased a 34,484-square-foot retail property in Shepherdsville that is ground-leased to Burger King. An entity doing business as Dixie Hwy Development #3 LLC sold the property for $1.6 million. Carrols Corp. operates the Burger King location, which has 18.5 years remaining on its lease.
