Los Angeles – The term was structured to sell some assets and to also find permanent debt for others.
Baton Rouge, La. and Natchez, Miss. – The loan is structured at 83 percent LTV with a 30-year amortization schedule.
Oak Brook, Ill. – The 15-property portfolio of retail centers is located across eight states, totaling approximately two million square feet.
Lafayette, La. – Tenants will include J. Crew, Osh Kosh B’Gosh, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Massage Envy and more.
Tyler, Texas – The development will feature more than 700,000 square feet of retail, 230,000 of it for outlets and 475,000 of it for big-box and mixed-use retailers.
Metairie, La. – Construction on the store will begin in July and open the first quarter of 2015.
Covington, La. and Chattanooga, Tenn. – The two companies will also contribute $10,000 to Keep Slidell Beautiful in honor of the grand opening.
